Russian Exotic combines floor work and low flow of Plastic Strip and acrobatics Pole Elements. In class you will learn a choreographed dance routine merging acrobatic elements with ballet style flow on the ground and pole. Class will help give you the ability to control the body – work on elasticity, coordination, emotions, proper execution of dance elements, and finding the line between beautiful sexuality and vulgarity.
